Most of Armor’s staff is employed in manufacturing, but the company also puts a high premium on Research and Development.

With a team of 60, the R&D and Quality departments are constantly seeking ways of improving the quality of inks and printing media, in close collaboration with the group’s subsidiaries.

Armor invests 4% of its annual turnover in this activity.

This constant focus on development, together with control over the whole manufacturing process, from formulation of inks and cartridge design to plastic injection and filling, allows the group to retain its capacity to innovate and to anticipate technical developments in the sector.

Our staff of 42 fully qualified and committed chemists, technicians and engineers are moving ahead everyday to meet this goal.

Twenty-two specialists work in the Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Metrology Departments.

One result of this commitment was the award of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
